Our Code of Ethics

Fully licensed and insured and licensed for residential, commercial and marine work at dry docks and on vessels, rigs, and platforms, Healthy Air Duct Cleaning & Mold Remediation has certified air system cleaning specialists on staff to evaluate your HVAC systems in accordance with National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) standards. All of our employees are OHSA-certified.

We adhere to a code of ethics. Upholding the strictest industry codes and standards in order to qualify for NADCA membership, our firm is required to adhere to the organization’s comprehensive performance standards and mandatory code of ethics:

• We will serve customers with integrity and competence
• We will perform our work using source removal methods
• We will be honest and forthright in our advertising
• We will provide our customers with accurate inspections and evaluations of the cleanliness and physical condition of their HVAC systems, using this information to determine the type of cleaning and maintenance services required
• We will provide services only after completing the necessary bonding and licensing procedures
• We will require that all employees follow NADCA’s guidelines and code of ethics
• We will perform our services in accordance with the currently published standards of the association
